I'm currently running 265/75-16 tires on the stock Toyota rims, everything works fine and I really like this setup. If I was to switch to a 0 offset rim and keep the 265/75's would I have any issues? I have a 23 TRD OR with factory suspension and I don't want to lift it, but would like a little more aggressive stance at the wheels.

Offset is only part of the equation. Wheel width is the other. There will be a significant difference in fit between a 7" wide 0 offset wheel compared to a 9" wide 0 offset wheel.

Here's a good tool you can use to compare different wheel/tire setups:

I've run 265s zero offset in 16 and 17. Never rubbed even on trails I shouldn't be on.

17x8 zero offset with 265/65R17 on my stock limited with mud flaps. Plenty of room.

You should not come across any issues for that tire setup!

I have it narrowed down to the DX4 Beast 16x8 0 offset in black, or the SCS F5 16x8 0 offset in black. This will be going on a silver TRD OR.

Not sure if you’ve already made your choice OP, but I just had 16x8 0 offset DX4 Beasts installed on my pickup (thanks Discount Tire). Fitment is phenomenal and I love them. 0 offset gave a good amount of poke but nothing too crazy, no rubbing. I run 265/70r1674560706750__6D045E79-E0DB-469F-92B7-056959F7DC41.jpg74560705804__9FD99A26-0F1C-41BA-BF08-53F6F02FF091.jpg 74560705804__9FD99A26-0F1C-41BA-BF08-53F6F02FF091.jpg
