    Like the title says, my truck started idling rough this morning and threw a CEL.

    Then i ran codes at Autozone and got codes of:

    P0300 ->random misfire
    P0301 ->Cylinder 1 misfire
    P0303 ->Cylinder 3 misfire
    P0305 ->Cylinder 5 misfire.

    So my entire left bank of cylinders in the engine is misfiring.

    I have new plugs ready, but what else could cause it?

    Interesting. The banks share coils so you would think you might have issues with the right side too. Plus it's a little odd to have all three go at once. Did you wash the motor down lately?

    Nope, i havent washed it recently.

    The biggest thing im fearing is the belt jumped a tooth and is retarding the timing on the left side

    You'd have to pull the covers to check that. Any fuel issues? Are you going to pull the plugs?

    Maybe the head gasket is gone?

    Okay, just to make shit more interesting:

    It drove really shitty today. Rough idle, vibed the whole truck, sounded like ass.

    At lunch, it kicked out those 4 codes

    Then as i'm driving it to the autoshop on base, it suddenly decides to fucking troll me and turns off the CEL all by itself, while driving no less.

    When i arive its sounds better and feels smoother. I then run its codes again.

    Sure enough, it comes back with ZERO codes...
