Does anyone know if you can put the front end of a 01-04 on a 98-00. I think the fenders and hood are different(and obviously the bumper, grille and headlight) But i dont know if it all bolts up or not? I really only want the bumper, grille and headlights(of the 01-04) but if i have to change the fenders and hood then i guess i have to! Any help would be great!

i have looked into this cuz i really wanted to do this to my truck really all u need is
    the fenders
    hood
    grill
    headlights
    corner lamps
bumper(if u really wanted to but dont really need it)
and the little pieces that go below the head lights
i think its a direct swap

i didnt do it beacuse i thought it was too expensive

the best thing for u to do is (if u have full coverage inshurance) run the front of ur truck in to a tree or somthing and and replace the parts u mess up with new 01-04 front for free....kinda

I've heard that u don't need the fenders, i think you are right about all the other stuff, just not sure about the fenders. I can paint them myself so i think i can probably do it for arout 500-700 depending on if i have to get fenders or not.
