    Title says it all.

Who has made one, or who is willing to make some, because the few people that have publicly posted about making these have gone MIA (to include the guy who's pictures I just stole).

I don't care for an aftermarket bumper, and don't care about having to trim the factory bumper.

Here are pics of said mount -

@jbrandt I know what you're thinking "buy a welder and DIY"

I spent more this month alone than my truck cost me

Plus this new place wouldn't allow me to weld (new apartment), and I'd hate to buy a welder to use once and put it away in storage with the rest of my stuff.

I know you're not in Sac, but there's a shop here: StellarBuilt that does pretty much anything you want.

I've been to their shop (to scavenge scrap metal for welding practice, lol), and they do nice work.

    https://stellarbuilt.com/

Lemme know, I got a guest room (my trailer, lol) you can stay in if needed.

    Shit, that's not far.

I guess the ideal thing to do would be to remove my front bumper, and temporarily rig signal markers and my front plate and drive to that shop for fitting and manufacture.

I'll let this thread go on some before I go that route.

I'll put it this way; December has been stupid expensive! :spending:

A new welder is not in the works, much less practicing and learning in an exposed parking spot at my house that has shitty electrical wiring

I run a line conditioner on my big items that are plugged in because the power is not only dirty, but consistently between 112v-118v

An expensive line conditioner cleans it up and maintains the required current needed to prevent brown outs, which can kill electronics like an expensive OLED TV.

I mostly just want an extra pair of hands around the shop so I can finish my skids...

I'd love it if more places just did all the cutting, and I do the welding. I'm pretty sure I've spent more time on my stupid skids than I did my bumper. All that fitting, cutting, fitting, etc... of raw material starts to suck after a while. I can't say I don't enjoy the process, though...

If I had the enclosed space (a garage), and capability to properly run a welder, I would've posted a "Look what I made" vs "I need someone to make me" thread lol

How about you make me the plate, and I'll help

You might want to let me really test out the welds on my own winch mount before I go making one for you, lol.

    Exactly!

Two solid bars that attach to the frame horns.

    Gussets and winch plate.

And well the rest looks pretty self explanatory.

I asked him first naturally, and for some of the edges, etc. he said if I won't be able to make it perfect, I won't make it. He seriously makes some great stuff with great attention to detail so I respect that decision.

Yeah, I'd probably toss a rib at the beck end of that since that's a pretty wide span between the frame rails. Maybe even put some to the sides of the winch.
