I was following this thread but didn't have email notices on...almost missed this

I am mocking up a behind-the-grill light bar. Either a 20" or maybe a pair of 8" from Baja. I wonder if there is a metal fabric that would allow most light to pass or if I should just count on cutting and reinforcing a hole through say the M1 grill.

 

Any of my mesh styles allow for enough pass through but the best is M3

 

Ok cool. I just came across another one that might work. Basically just stainless woven wire but could be harder to work with.

Subscribed. New here with 2004 TRD and this grill is next on my mod list. Great work Craig and will keep my eyes peeled for Black one.

 

Got mesh & outer surrounds back.
Still need to do a bit more plastic fab but I'm making progress.
