01-04 Made-to-Order Satoshi Grills

I'll get there one day.

 

Here are two of the recent 01-04 builds:





I don't do very many due to time constraints... I won't be doing another pair for a while but I can tell you that I am working on a "raptor" version of the 01-04 satoshi for a member that is in the Military and currently stationed overseas.
Jerry at B.A.M.F has sized the letters down to fit the 01-04 opening.

Working out the mesh design is proving to be the challenging part...

I love a challenge....

 

Will there be an upgrade program?

 

Heck I would be have with the style that shows up in the banner. ( in silver of course)

I had some difficulty with my original mesh design for these...

I finally worked out the bugs and got the fitment the way I want it to look:



I've got another two 01-04 grills so I went ahead and fabbed up the mesh for those as well:



Jerry (JLee of B.A.M.F) sized down these letters for the smaller 1st. gen opening - I in turn needed to fab the mesh design smaller as well.
Took some time & I messed up some mesh along the way but I finally got it.

Here is a good comparison shot between the two:



I have two available for sale. These Raptor grills come with the Mx mesh, matching triangles, and color matched to the purchasers specs.

Cost is $550.00 + shipping

I do not take orders for these - I build them in pairs as time allows (which unfortunately is not often)

These are going to Powder Coat this coming Monday.

How do you feel about offering a RAPTOR style FJ Cruiser insert?

 

it is possible... i have an FJ prototype in production now. just need time to wrap it up. Also the FJ will be an insert only type product...
