    Some lift, some armor, some scratches..
    You're gonna have to strap it down to a pallet I think and ship it freight. Wrap it in some bubble wrap, use cardboard on the corners, and shrink wrap it.

    That bumper is away too big and heavy to ship regular ups/fedex
