I had to replace the Shift Lock Control Computer(Part #85933-35150) just over a month ago. Now the truck wont crank again. Key turns, dash lights come on, no starter engagement. Shifter not locked in park, no check engine light. Don't want to pay 70 bucks a month on this. Does anyone know of a way to jump all the locks at the shifter? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance...

According to the wiring diagram. The Shift lock controller wont keep it from starting. It only locks or unlocks shifter. The only components are park/neutral switch, relay, starter, ign switch, battery and cables. Find the black/white and black/red to park switch and jump across it. To eliminate that. More then likely a relay or starter.

Thanks for your help mechanicjon...I will answer these in order...no it will not start in neutral, and the shifter is not locked. I have checked battery, cables, and starter. I will jump the two wires and if that does nothing, I will check the relay. I will let you know what I find. I really do appreciate your help.

OK, went to O'Reilly's and picked up a starter relay. Nothing. I haven't found wires with the colors that need to be jumped. I have the Haynes manual and it has a very generic wiring diagram. Do you have a better diagram? I have attached a picture of what I am working with. I have an arrow pointing to the part I replaced last month. Just noticed I need to do a little interior cleaning. Will take care of that as soon as I can get this truck to start.
