I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
The OME springs gome in other spring rates but you would need a top plate spacer to get a full 3" of lift.

Aren't the ejbachs on national back order? And id really recommend some ome 881 coils and maybe a .5" top plate spacer.

Cv boots will blow with 3" and a diff drop...ask me how I know. Unless your up for the nasty task of changing a boot it costs about 200 bucks to have it done for you. You could just keep buying cv axles every 8k miles but that's barely an improvement since they range from 50-80 and unless you were to install it you would end up running 250-280.

I'm assuming everything here would be done by a shop of course so if you do it yourself that would help the cost but still, hoe much time do you really want to spend dicking around with cv's?

well then would it be worth just getting 2" spacers and leaving stock springs and putting 5100's on it??? this is my daily driver that im just trying to make my tires not rub and look decent i dont want to be pouring money into CV's all the time especially if im not really taking it offroad that often

Maybe look into OME 881's with a small top plate spacer. Thats what I ended up doing since I didn't want to worry bout cv angles too much. I ordered from wheelers and got their 10mm spacer. I'm at almost 3" right now but it should settle to about 2.5", least that's what I'm hoping for.

OME Nitrocharger shocks...the billie 5100's are cheaper tho but I figured I'd match OME with OME for supposed matched valving.

if you don't want to bother with worrying about the cv's just buy some bilsteins and set them at the 2.5 in setting. cheap and ride just fine

OME 882s, OME shocks all around and OME Dakar spring packs, ARB, Warn 8000, ARE shell, Custom rear bumper w/ reciever, 5-235/80R17 Cooper Discoverer ST MAXX on FJ wheels, grey wire mod, Hi-Lift, Hellas, Red-Line hood lifters, Scion radio, sliders, Safari snorkel & LED Ditch lights on CBI mounts.
I have a warn 8000# winch with steel cable and ARB - would I be okay with the 881's and OME shocks up front?
I specify OME since that is what i JUST installed in the rear - shocks and spring packs.

People will suggest the 882 coils since you have a double cab w/ a V6.

On a side note, you're profile says you have Sway-A-Way C/O's. Any reason you're switching to OME's?

I think I just want OME shocks and springs all the way around.
I will take off the C/O's, replace the oil and sell them - they work fine, just thinking that if I have a matched suspension it may ride better.
I do little off-roading except for hunting, camping & driving around the farm - so the C/O may be overkill.

Yeah that was kinda my deciding factor on whether I should get OME or adj. C/O's. I decided on the 881 and Nitrochargers because they seemed the most practical for the type of off-roading I do.

If you decided to get the OME stuff talk to the guys at DownSouth Motorsports. Good prices and free shipping.

OME 883# on Tundra 5100's, OMD custom 3" leafsprings, rear shock relocation, Ivan Stewart TRD rims w/285/75/16's, '02 bumper MOD, Famous Fabrications sliders , LED interior/exterior lights, bed bar, Custom tube bumper, Old school KC day lighters,Red Ring 8" HID flood, Kenwood vhf 2M.. umm some other shit I'm forgetting right now
I dont recall seeing if the OP's truck is 4x or a prerunner, which of course changes things pretty dramatically, if 4x all the info I've gotten if you go with the Eibachs w/5100's in front (set at 0) you'll get 3" from the coils & as far as increased CV angle, you'll have an increase but here is where it gets a little fuzzy, I've seen some with 3" & not much change in angle & I've seen others that look like they'll rip apart as soon as you hit the dirt so I dunno... If 2wd then you have alot more options I'd think without all the issues you might have with IFS 4x4...;)

nothing, all stock expect got a OE replacement air filter K&N.
grave digger and thread jack. question: i got 881 and 5100 now, giving me 2.5 of lifts cuz i have 4 banger. i want 3'' lift, if i am going eibach, i will be over 3" which can cause more boots torn. i don't want to adjust my 5100 to the 2.5, i want to keep it at 0 to not preloading the 5100 too much. should i just get the 1/2 spacer to get the 3"? future plans will be runnig 33s and a tube bumper. suggestions and ideas?
