I just recently got back from a 2 week vacation, and after taking the truck out i noticed that when i hit around 40-50mph something starts vibrating, its nothing overwhelming, but its noticeable, it seems to be coming from somewhere up front towards the front right. I'm usually in 4th gear when it happens, but even when i disengage the clutch it vibrates, same thing in neutral, I'm puzzled as to why it only happens at around 45mph? i know its not a transmissions problem because it would stop if i put it in neutral or push the clutch in right? and if its the motor it would happen at certain rpm's rather than speed right? so what could it be? my brother thinks its a wheel bearing or something in the right front wheel. it has been less noticeable lately, but it still happens more violently now and then. any ideas? thanks

Your tires settled and are now out of balance, get them rebalanced and rotated.

just an update i rotated my tires and it is MUCH better, still does vibrate slightly especially when letting off the gas, but its 100x better, thanks. i have a feeling they do need to be balanced too but I'm getting tires soon anyway, i found 2 nails in my front right tire too, another reason for new tires

Update, I know this is kinda old, but found the time to get wheels balanced at STS, the guy took it for a test drive after I told him the problem, lifted it up, and turns out it's a bad universal joint, the one coming from the differential, there was a lot of play in it, they say it'll cost $220 to fix, so I just went with it, does that sound right? I'm not sure if it's a job I could've done myself or not, but I just wanted it fixed, should be done tomorrow, I'll let you know how it turns out, but they are saying I might need to do all of them after this one because they won't be able to see the play in the others until after this one? I don't trust that very much, if it is the case, I'll do it myself, $220 is enough for now

40-60 bucks for the ujoint itself, 80 bucks/hr. 220 is pretty good. you could have done it yourself with a book. but only if you have the right tools and equipment. if you don't have the tools, then garage was the best choice.

What tools? Just curious, as long as nothing special is needed I probably could've done it myself, oh well, too late now.

Got the truck back, all fixed! no vibrating at all, even shifts smoother, nicely done too, I'm happy except for how much i paid, but overall solved the problem
