    5 Bucks and 10 minutes :)

You just pop the top of the radio and AC control bezel loose then pop out the clock and key piece and looosen all the bolts on the plastic under the column and a screw i believe then there are 2 screws up in the top of the black piece of plastic that is around teh gauges, and once thats all off there are 4 screw holding the cluster in, once they are out simply twist the 194 bulb housing out replace bulbs with LED's and re install but make sure you have the polarity right before you go boltin stuff back together :D & yes they still dim down, JIC you were wondering!

Ha dont worry, you cant see it anyway lol, if you were to do red it wont stick out much at all. i actually have some red bulbs one me that i tried before the white, but the pics still made them look orange, i liked them, but wanted something a little plainer.

Na not yet man, hopefully gonna get to it this weekend but who knows, we're still moving stuff from the old house:(

It may be in your state, the best thing to do is check your local laws but around here i havent had any problems yet. at first i just had a piece of 20% window tint on them then finally decided to do it with VHT Nightshade spray, so try the tint first in a 35% or so and see if you get any attention for them so at least that way you can peel it back off!

There ya go, i thought about getting some of the morimoto projecters and retro fitting them but dont have the money right now. There is another guy on here that had a paint shop mix black and clear together then spray his and it looks way better than mine. So when i get my new headlight housings im gonna try that.
