Anyone use 4runner coils with 5100s.

I'm trying not to lift too much. Keep under 2" if possible.

I see 4runner has same spring rate but it has a longer free height...

    Anyone tried?

    (from moog)
    2004 tacoma...
    Bar Diameter - Inches 0.67
    End Type 1 Pig Tail
    End Type 2 Square
    Free Height - Inches 13.70
    ID - Inches 3.14
    Load - lbs 0.00
Spring Rate - lbs per inch 595.00
    Spring Type Constant Rate

    2002 4runner
    Bar Diameter - Inches 0.67
    End Type 1 Pig Tail
    End Type 2 Square
    Free Height - Inches 14.00
    ID - Inches 3.14
    Load - lbs 0.00
Spring Rate - lbs per inch 595.00
    Spring Type Constant Rate

I've read that 4runner coils are slighted thinner that 1g tacoma.

Would a lighter duty 4runner coil with a longer free height compressed in a 5100 feel better than a shorter free length heavier duty 1g tacoma coil at the same 5100 setting.

    Say at 'my' 1.33" setting.
