Hi Iv had my Corolla for a few years and Iv been working on it but now Iv gotten to the point were I want to do a tune up mainly because the mechanics i normally use are scketchy and don't really do what they say.( they told me they cleaned my fuel injectors but to my surprise it looked like you just shoved it in the ground.) but I can't seem to figure out all the details for it such as all the stuff for the fuel filter of anyone could offer advice it would be greatly appreciated.

    Yeah.
First off, you should probably invest in a Haynes manual for your year model. It should tell you what things need to be replaced at what intervals, and can provide troubleshooting guidance for any symptoms your car has. They also usually have very good instructions with pictures.

I can't help with it but, have you looked at a Chilton or Haynes manual? May not be perfect but, they have some decent info...IMHO.
