I'm trying to find the best and price friendly ways to make my tacoma eye appealing at the same time fix some problems I have. I want to stick to the "Blackout Theme". I bought the truck in Semptember 2013 and it was mostly gray. I sprayed the rims with bedliner for a temporary look but plan on getting black powder coated rims. I then added a black dp toolbox. The things I want to fix asap is below the headlights on the bumper its starting to rust. Same with the back bumper. I want them to be black but don't know how to do it the best way. Also I want to make the grill black so how should I go about doing it?
    Thanks

i 'de-chromed' my bumpers using plasti-dip. if yours are rusting, you can buy replacement bumpers that come in black which i believe are cheaper than the chrome replacements. grilles can also be bought black but most people paint it or bedline it.
