So tacomas have a wideband 02 sensor from my understanding? But are they accurate enough for DIY calibration of the MAF sensor?

I have been looking into getting PLX DM-100 w/ the OBD connection from URD so that when i get the MAF sensor Calibrator i can tune it myself. I just want to make sure i don't have to put in a new 02 sensor.
