    According to his sig he has a 4cyl thus only one bank so it is a possibility.

    :oops: good catch, I never remember to check that part. In that case, maybe a closer inspection of the fuse and relay is warranted

    Thank you all for your help. I purchased some MAF cleaner and tried it and still the same issue. I purchased an OEM O2 Sensor (Denso) and it resolved the issue. Thanks again for all your help!
