Me too @James at Lowrange , wish it was already finished but being on a budget and having to do most of the work myself in order to keep the cost down when it finally goes to a shop for the front 3-link is the challenge. Triple sticks are supposed to come today and I already have the shortened drive shaft, only thing that's keeping me from putting it in this weekend is the triple drilled flange on the rear output of the t-case doesn't have a pattern for the tacoma.

Whats your pattern? Neither front or rear work? Whats the plan to make it work ?

Would the patterns on this work? I assume that case doesn't have 30 spline outputs?( Marlin has a quad drilled flange for the 30 spline outputs)

Only thing is you would need to swap the dust shield but I might be able to find a t case dust shield to swap onto this for ya if that would help.

99% sure its not a 30 spline output. If my caliper skills are correct I have the 66x66 pattern on the driveshaft

Well let me know if you want those flanges. I don't get on here too often you can email me at lowrangejames@gmail.com or you could order them on line and change the dust shields yourself

@James at Lowrange I just need the one for the rear, my old front drive shaft that I'm going to have modified and lengthened fits the high pinion and front t-case side already. According to marlin if I use an HD ecoseal (TDT-HDTCS) on the rear output I don't need a dust shield?

Are you sure theres no taco pattern on there? Like actually tried to bolt the shaft to it? That looks just like the marlin 5 pattern flange i have on my lefty/30spline kit.

@slander the one I have is only triple drilled, the guy was running it in an 80's 4runner.
    It has:
    70mm x 61.5mm
    68.3mm x 60mm
    60mm x 60mm.

I need 66x66 for the rear intermediate shaft (going to keep the 2 piece)

front and rear diffs going to Yotamasters tomorrow, the front hi-pinion should be done sometime early next week according to them, and the rear is going to take slightly longer because the replacement seal housing arb sent me was the wrong size, the updated version has a way bigger ID than the old one. not sure what to do about that yet going to see what they say.
(the one on the left is my spare).

Try getting hold a stock rear flange for that tcase. Slander's fun fact helped me out. The stock front shaft of a IFS truck will bolt on to both the stock tcase flange (obviously) and the 80 front diff. The rear Tacoma shaft just needs the diff ujoint yoke and tcase ujoint yoke (from a chain case) swapped to bolt the 9.5 up to the rf1a. I replaced all ujoints with moogs from rock auto. Hope that helps.

(When figuring this out I seem to recall the 3 pattern flanges wouldn't work, the exact problem you are having)

I think this got blown out of proportion, I literally have to change one flange not the end of the world haha.

got the triple sticks mounted/mocked up, still need to adjust the linkage and do a few more things but I think rad designs knocked it out of the park.

Someone suggested a factory flange.. That won't work because the Tacoma case has a 30 spline output.. Our flange will work. Dust shield is up to you. Idk pricing they might wanta a little extra to swap it over but who knows. I can check into it if you would like.

I almost wish the Tripple shifter had less adjustment in it.. I adjusted mine to where I wanted it.. And then it popped out of gear because the joint was hitting ( I had both sides adjusted really far forward to clear my seat) But now I have it adjusted properly I love it. Its amazing how helpful rear burns can be. I have alot of fun just practicing taking a line and getting the rear too high on a wall or something and then putting it in 2lo holding the brakes and spinning the rear tires until they slide down to where I want them .

Don't get impatient. Once it's done you will be glad you took your time and did things right.

If you are referring to me, it will work. A 4cyl p/u tcase flange will bolt to a tacoma rear diff ujoint yoke. I wasnt saying a tacoma chain case flange will fit a gear case.

Managed to get the flange off and I also got the dust guard thingy off without destroying it, james I'll call you guys and order the new flange tomorrow. @James at Lowrange do you have any pictures of your triple sticks installed ?
