    couple updates:
i got a molle seat cover/storage for christmas and its great. i kept several things in a box in the bed and this now holds all of it and cleared up some bed space.

    09D6DD72-BAD7-4D45-A323-2B1B491270FA_zps_9ce5375674ed44efbd0eab8d23c284b84ec2aa00.jpg

Also got a smittybilt 54" hi jack. i wanted to mount it in the bed and still be able to use my tonneau cover. I came up with this design and so far it works good. 3' angle iron (2"x1/8") and two 1/2" bolts. unfortunately had to drill in the lip of the bed, but couldnt find a better alternative to this setup.

And today finally replaced the brakes and lines. stoptech slotted rotors with hawk lts pads and 2" extended goodrich stainless lines. braking is much more responsive now and a huge improvement over the factory brakes.

went against my better judgement and went thru some mud yesterday. not looking forward to the cleaning but it was a good time. hopefully will have my sliders welded on next week as i really needed them pulling out a buddy in a tight spot, tree almost rubbed the entire body of my truck!

and here is where i got stuck... tried taking it a little too slow and dug myself a hole. ended up taking 2 trucks to pull me out. not sure what i was wedged on but the drivers side was sunk to the bottom of the cab.
