03 4x4 how to make it ride smoother

    i just bought a 2003 taco 4x4 double cab it has a small lift not sure of the size. the tire are 265-16 in it rides very rough its stiff as a board .how can i make it ride better?my buddy has a 2001 prerunner i was looking at the leaf spring on that prerunner the bottom spring is arch down,mine or straight. can i change the leaf springs out with the prerunner springs an get a better ride?

    Post up some pics of the front coilover assemblies and the rear springs so we can see what you have. Are the tires 265/70/16 or 265/75/16?
