    Did you have to change the throttle body and computer to run the manual or what? I have a bad torque converter currently and am THINKING about this swap as an alternative. Thanks.

    Hey I know it's an old thread but what rear drive shaft did you use? I have a 04 double cab I'm converting to a manual I have a ext cab drive shaft would it work? From forums I read that the ext cab driveshaft needs to be extended one inch? Is that correct? I swapped my 96 4runner to a 5spd and I love it time to swap the daily to a 5spd.
