Well... it's happened. I dropped my truck off @ 4WU in Simi Valley last Saturday.
The driver side drop 3 link kit which includes 12" Rad Flo remote reservoir CO's and other associated parts.

I had a Diamond axle built buy Brian @ Front Range Off Road which includes an ARB locker with Yukon 5.29's. The WMS I chose is 62". My 231mm Tundra brakes will work with this axle.

Here is what I currently have:
ICON 2.5 extended CO's & TC UCA's and spindle gussets up front.
Deaver 8 Pack in the rear accompanied w/ ICON VS series 2.0 shocks and a flip kit in addition to a Marlin Crawler built 5.29 ARB 3rd member along with an Inch Worm 4.7 Lefty.

What I will end up with is this:
A Diamond front axle w/ an ARB 5.29 Yukon equipped 3rd, 30 spline chromo axles and assorted goodies.

I will post pics once I receive them.

Here are 2 photos I took at his shop:

    ... I can hardly wait.

The Cobra shock towers will go up inside the engine area which will require moving my ARB twin compressor. Once I get it back, I will be removing the ABS system altogether which may give me room for the compressor... we'll see.

    Up-date:
Here you can see the IFS crap on the ground, no different than all of the other SAS projects.
No welding today. The wind in Simi Valley was @ 30mph... not ideal for MIG & TIG welding.
To the left in the photo, there sits my Diamond axle.

Did they use the stock front frame horns, or did they build you some new ones?

To answer that correctly... I did modify them when I installed the ShrockWorks bumper.. they are the same today, only a cross member has been added behind it.

Once I have more photos, I'll post.

^^ I scored as there was a sale for it when I purchased.
I went with the whole shabang, trying to be consistent with parts.

To answer the question, $xxxx.00. Not complete yet so I truly don't know but, the truck is paid for and the up-grade is far cheaper than buying a new truck with crappy electronics.

I will post all when I have all of the numbers in my hand.

You know... I finally got to the point and said what the hell. In the end, I was gonna end up replacing the rack and all of the other OEM steering crap, and eventually going back to the roots of a solid axle Toyota.

I'm there and probably saved 2-3K in the long run vs working through the LT stuff before I went SA.

Although the mid-travel stuff is nice, my wants/ desires exceeded what it's capabilities allow.

    More to follow.
