03 prerunner locking diff

    I have a prerunner TRD 2.7 4cyl. Is it possible to add a locking diff to this truck? Stock or aftermarket.

    3" lift front & rear, Air Raid Intake System
    You could get a rear axle from a truck that already had an E-locker in it, and bolt it up under your truck.

    There's also an aftermarket harness and switch kit available, that would make an install a breeze.

    01 SR: Double Cab conversion, S/C, lowered.
    If he does (as his post claims ...), he doesn't have the e-locker.

    Toyota never offered the e-locker (even with the TRD Off Road Package) on pre-2005 4-cylinder automatics.

    That looks like it would work, with A few extra parts for two wheel drive trucks. Thanks for the link.

    Thats the problem, Yes i have the TRD package, but no e-locker. blasted 4 banger. :)
