    Methanol injection kits are not CARB certified, neither is the URD 7th injector (I have the 7th injector kit on my truck though). I passed smog last time just fine, the tech didn't notice it. A methanol kit will be harder to hide since it sits right there in the engine bay, but you could probably just uninstall it for the test.

    I completely forgot that the 7th injector kit isnt Cali legal either xD Rubbish! I saw a video somewhere of the guy putting most of the meth injection components in his front bumper so it's not visible unless you're looking for it. I also have a pretty chill smog guy so that always helps.

    I just disconnect my power wire from the main methonal unit, remove the nozzle and hose and put the stock pulley on for my bi yearly inspection.
