2003 Toyota Tacoma 3.4l prerunner

3in lift 265/75r16 m/t

Just changed both bottom and top plenum gaskets on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma 3.4l and the bottom leaked. I'm not sure if I put the gasket the right way can anyone help? Theres one side with a blue ring around it and the other side is flat so idk which goes up and which goes down? Thanks
