04 bucket seat swap?

I have an 04 double cab with bucket seats. The driver's side seat is wearing out after 10 yrs. of my big butt bouncing around in it. It squeaks, drives me nuts! The passenger seat is rarely used. Anyone know if these seats can be swapped, one side to the other?

 

Pretty sure you would have to swap the tracks on the seats in order to make it work. And the seat belt receivers would also have to be swapped.. It would be a lot easier to buy a different seat out of a junkyard or possibly Craigslist
