working on installing all this right now.
bumps, spring perches, poly lca bushings, bpv, 12” shackles, ruffstuff shackle bushings, new cv, front limit straps, front wheel bearings (for the second time), and new shock tabs (gonna try to get a lil bit more travel out of the rear when i put on the new shackles). iv also got a nice pile of metal that im using to plate the lca double sheer the uca, and gusset the cam tabs.

started working on my LCAs, making an area for the hydro bumps to contact. i wanted to do it in front of the axle thinking i may add a secondary shock in the future. but anyways this is what iv got done so far, not done yet ill be adding more gussets to the underside.

first built it out of cardboard just to get an idea of how i was going to make it

    then out of 3/16 plate

do you have a pic of the top? Did you run the stike over the top of the arm or just weld it to the side?

It's just welded to the side. Never crossed my mind to overlap it, might of been the stronger way to go.

Im sure it will be fine. I would just watch that the pad doesnt start cracking the arm at the weld.

so i was being lazy and decided to just run beads on the out side of the alignment cam, rather then making gussets for them.

and the finished LCAs ( i think the red might be a bit to flashy, but whatever)

just used two small sheet metal screws (ill get a pic latter) it gets pretty hot i let it run for about three hrs last night and it didn't melt the housing at all so i think it'll be alright.
