It's a ported Holset hx35w off a cummins 6bt, cx racing manifold, osidetiger 550 cc injectors, AEM 320lph fuel pump, AEM fic6, 3" turbo back exhaust no cats, hybrid-racing boost controller, bunch of gauges, eBay intercooler, 3" intercooler piping, eBay blow off valve, eBay wastegate, and a god awful amount of hrs.

There's a huge leak in the crossover pipe in the header, and no tune at all, but damn! once I get all the bugs out it'll be pretty freaking sweet.

I reach about 85% duty cycle on 550cc injectors, so ya I'd say it's necessary.im using an aem fic6 to tune. I should say was using, i blew a hole through a piston last week.

Something like that, I haven't torn the motor down yet. But it's ether cracked or I broke some rings or something.

hey were you using the HX35 holset? and around when did you start getting positive boost? also do you know size housing yours had on it? my ideal set up is the HX35 with a .55 a/r exhaust housing on it for quick spool up!

I in the highway I would see boost at like 2k, but from a stop and punching it it would be about 2500. I'm not really sure on the specs of the thing I just kinda hoped for the best when I put it on, and it turned out to be just about the perfect. if your easy on the gas you can stay out of boost but as soon is you lay into it it builds boost almost instantaneously.
