'04 x cab value?

Looking at new Tacoma's and would rather sell mine privately. I did some research, Edmunds KBB but would like some real world input on prices you sold or bought a similar truck for. The details:

04 xcab 4x4 5sp, 4 cyl, Black pearl/tan. 70k miles mostly hwy, original owner, no accidents. No mods other than Rinoliner, tonneau cover, weather tech floor liners and running boards. Frame was coated when new and inspected / re-sprayed three years ago and is relatively rust free. 5k synthetic oil changes from new. Will need tires in 1k. Located in the North East.

Yeah I dont think 12-14 would be out of question for it

 

bought my 04 tacoma v6 4x4 with 103k miles from a friend for 12k. put it up for sale and was offered 14k cash stock but i decided not to sell.

 

I sold my stock TRD xtra cab 4x4 with 110k for $15100. It had good tires and maintenance was up to date

 

Sold a 2004 Tacoma Prerunner non-TRD with ~100,000 miles to Carmax in Houston for $10,200 almost two years ago.
