    So here's something that fortunately does not happen often but when it does this is the process:

    My last batch had a few one-off raptor grills and unfortunately USPS saw fit to customize Ryans. :(



    As you can see it's not completely destroyed but bent to the point that I could not straighten it 100% and have it appear undamaged. The grill surround itself had a few popped mounting tabs but surprisingly other than that was in fine shape. I had Ryan just ship the whole mess back to me and now I'm in the process of rebuild/repair. Here's his new main mesh section ready to powder coat:



    I kills me when this happens because I know how long folks wait to get one. Unfortunately I can't just throw another one in the box next day & ship. :oops:
    Good news is the turnaround on a repair like this is not as long as having to build one from scratch. :D

    Looking forward to getting this one back where it belongs. :thumbsup:
