    I have a *USED* 05-13 Tacoma OEM/Factory bed mat up for grabs. Will only fit SHORT BEDS (5FT)! Does show signs of wear, but its a mat, that's what its for.

    No not really since the bed has the long raised parts and the mat rests on those. Its a big rubber mat so it weighs 20 pounds or so.

    They are to protect the bed and keep things from sliding around. I can't even imagine they have any drawbacks???????
