    @CaliRaisedLed

Are you guys doing a video instruction on the cab molle panel? Seemed like quite the bag of bolts and spacers. Where do the included L brackets go?

We should have the install video tomorrow or Friday for you. But here is a quick guide for you.

The hardware kit includes bolts for the following: 5 bolts for the top rail that also use 5 aluminum spacers and 5 washers. These are the smaller diameter ones. Then the larger ones are for the Molle panel itself. There should be 5 bolts, 5 nuts and 10 washers.

First on a work bench assemble the panel. In the center of the two panels there are three 3/8" holes. One on the bottom, middle and top (not the smaller hole on the tab). Use 3 of the larger bolts, nuts and 6 washers to connect the panels. Should go: Bolt Head-> Washer -> Panel -> Panel -> Washer -> Nut, if that makes sense for the hardware assembly. IMPORTANT: The way you have the panel in the picture is the outside, the side you see when mounted. Make sure the bolts go in from the back and the nuts are on the outside. If this is done backwards the bolts will hit the bed.

Now that they are connected you need to install the L brackets. They go in the bottom holes that are by themselves on the corners. IMPORTANT: These bolts also go in from the back like the others. The L bracket mounts on the back side of the panel (the short part). So it would go Bolt Head -> Washer -> L Bracket -> Molle Panel -> Washer -> Nut. Tighten these down snug but so you can adjust the height later on.

Next we need to remove the bed bolts on the top of the bed.
    - 3rd Gen: There are 5 bolts spaces across the top, those come out. If you have the factory bed cover or the rail for it, that will go back in place later.
    - 2nd Gen: There are 5 bolts inside the rail system that hold the rail on, those need to come out, we will be re-installing the rail soon.

After that you need to remove the front bed bolts. Take just the two in the front out.

Now we can test fit the panel and adjust the L brackets. Set the panel in place and put in one of the smaller bolts on the top outside corners. Don't tighten them, this is just to hold the panel at the correct height. Now you can adjust the L Bracket height. Get them set, then take out the panel. Now tighten the bolts that hold on the L Bracket to Molle.

    * Now is the time to install any additional mounts like High Lift mounts or Quick Fists

    Almost done!

Now we are going to install the panel. Put it back in place. Install the top hardware, leave loose.
    - 3rd Gen: Using the smaller bolts they should install like this Bolt Head -> Washer -> Panel -> Aluminum Spacer -> (Optional bed cover cross bar) -> Thread of Bed Nuts. Start with one on each outside corner, then the center ones.
    - 2nd Gen: Using the smaller bolts they should install like this Bolt Head -> Washer -> Panel -> Aluminum Spacer (they fit inside the rail) -> Rail -> Thread of Bed Nuts. Start with one on each outside corner, then the center ones.

Next put the bed bolts back in and through the large holes on the L Brackets. Tighten these down. Then tighten the top bolts down.

You are done, mount Molle bags, accessories, anything else you can think of!

@MojaveMadman Any update on that video? I am still missing something with the L Bracket mounting points!

    Thanks!

Anybody have any intel on who makes the tall beige bag in the May 8, 2018 post above? I'm trying to find a large bag for my panels and just get into search results for little molle pouches for ammo clips and radios. Where is a good supplier for large molle-compatible bags. Thanks in advance Tacoma brethren!

It’s a Hydration bladder pouch (Not sure who makes that particular one though)
You can probably get a similar one from many makers of tactical gear...
Tactical Tailor, London Bridge Trading Co, Etc. Depends on how much you want to spend/what kindof quality you want.
London Bridge stuff is top knotch.
