05 starter replacement fail

    so i went to replace my starter on my 05 v6 4x4 but i couldn't remove the top starter bolt tried extensions 1/2 and 3/8 wooble sockets but no luck dealer wants about 240.00 to install since i have a reman from toyota. so what is the best way to to get this bolt out remove the driveshaft exhust manifod and steering joint? i watched videos on youtube but never see them remove the top bolt or just pay 300.00 for one bolt.

    the 2 bolts that hold the starter in, the lower one was easy. The upper one is a bit of a pain. I was able to get it with my long handle 3/8 ratchet, deep 6 point 14mm socket, and a short extension. Cracking the upper one loose wasn't too bad, getting it out was turn the ratchet as far as it would go, take it out, click it once, put it back on, turn as far as it would go, repeat about 15 times until it was loose enough to get it with a 1/4 drive swivel socket, long extension, and long spinner handle.

    hello thanks i think my problem is the front driveshaft and a bracket holding the cat (bolt super rusty) to the trans i rewatched a youtube where he uses a box wrench , big hammer and pole threw the wheel well.
