Not to sure what this could be but when I installed my new brake rotors from EBC along with their yellow pads and they were awsome, but after about 5k miles I noticed vibrations whenever I would brake at highway speeds. Took off the tire and inspected the rotor and it seems to "wobble" in and out as I manually rotated it. Removed it, cleaned the mounting surface installed it and still had the same issue. Could this be a bad hub assembly, has anybody experienced this before? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
Wobble where, the brake surface or the whole thing? Did you try and put a couple of lug nuts on hand tight with the wheel off to spin it and test it? Did you tighten your lugs E V E N L Y with a torque wrench as not to warp it? Did you use the Toyota spec of 86 foot pounds (if I remember correctly) or did you Magilla Gorilla it?
