This only happened after the oil change?

    Did you do anything else?

Ok I figured you did but I had to ask.

I'm guessing it must be coincidence then, have you gotten any gas recently like right before this started or had the air filter out/replaced?

Something I’ve had happen. If using a funnel that fits snugly in the filler hole AND adding the oil fast enough that the funnel fills up with oil. The oil can get in the pvc and make its way into the intake. After when you start the engine it’ll smoke like crazy until the oil burns off.

May or may not be what happened. Probably coincidence like Dm93 suggested.

You have multiple misfires and are running lean?

Are you getting oil in the cylinders somehow? Probably a coincidence. Do you need new spark plugs?

Running lean, when was the last time you treated your fuel system with cleaner?

Start with those two things, as they are easy, inexpensive and should be done anyway.

After you do that, clear the codes and see if they come back after 50 miles or so.
