my a/c on my 05 Tacoma (190,000) miles is not blowing cold air.
My a/c blows air but it's just not blowing cold air, the compresser clutch is working fine, everything is rotating as it should. Also the blower motor is fine.
Only things I can notice is that it's not blowing cold air and there is a hissing noise behind my dash.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
There is a rubber drain hose that sticks out of the firewall under the hood on the passenger side. Make sure that hose is not clogged. It may be plugged and filled your air box with water

    Take it to a professional.

Seriously. Your description indicates minimal AC system knowledge. Which is fine. But it also means that to fix it right, you need help. More than is available over the internet. At a minimum specialty tools.

Find a good shop in your area with a long term reputation for honesty, AC skills and fair prices. That alone could be a lot of work, but it will pay off in the long haul for you, especially on a high mile vehicle.

The drain being plugged would not create a no cold air situation.

It might cause a slosh or gurgle, but not a hiss. It would also overflow in cab and soak passenger side carpet.

The hiss may well be a refridgerent leak. If it is it will end when the refridgerent is gone.

If underdash, that means either a bad expansion valve or evaporator. Dash removal required.

Additionally, a new accumulator will be needed, an evacuation of the repaired system, an oil and refrigerant charge. Misc. o rings a full set of pressure gauges and a vacuum pump at a minimum of specialty tools.

Good news though. This is the internet. I'm guessing based on your description, so could be a wrong diagnosis.

    And winter is coming.

So, save your $ (your budget has an emergency fund, right?) and take it to a pro before spring.
