    First, welcome to TW and thank you for your service :oldglory:

    Second, I hope and think you will get the frame straightened out. Just keep on doing the research and nail down the dates of inspection(s), ordering the frame...Let ‘em know too you’re a vet or still in the service...

    After you get the frame fixed up, you can move on to think about the head gaskets


    Sorry if you didn’t know but there could be an issue with the HGs leaking. ‘05 and early ‘06 V-6s had a HG design that was replaced for the rest of the 2nd Gen run.. Not all are affected..

    One thing at a time for sure.

    Search this forum for signs and symptoms of a leaking HG. Chances are you're not experiencing any but it's good info to have to keep an eye out for.
