Im leaning toward doing the mod with Polyurethane CB, it seems like a solid fix to a weak OEM part.

I had a similar issue as well. I dropped the rear portion of the driveshaft and lubed the splines where the front an rear meet. Solved it for me

Just pulled drain plug on Trans it doesn’t look to bad. I hope the pan didn’t get damaged any. Going to pull it off and check. Last time I tried to torque drain on a drain and fill it felt soft.

Did this Transmission pan come from factory with an rtv or a fitted gasket?

Reinstalled pan with new filter, drain bolt, gasket and crush washers. I got drain/check level plugs to torque to 140in pound and left them alone:rofl:. It took about 5 quarts this time to get a trickle from level plug when it was up to temperature. Seemed like a lot more fluid this time, I guess because of dropping filter and pan and letting everything drip. This was a lot easier of a job than i anticipated, mainly attributed to all the information available here at Tacoma World.

    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
I believe temp for fluid check should be around 112/115 degrees.

    .
Ok thanks for intel, the temp you suggested matched what I found. From the manuals and things I have read and watched 97-115 Fahrenheit is the range to check for the A750E and F
