So my skids have shipped at some point... (Which thank you for getting them out so quickly!) Do I receive notification from Fastenal, or do I contact them? Sorry, I'm not sure how this process works...

I don't see my name on the list yet. Do I need to be concerned about this or am I just being impatient? I put my name in on the 15th.

Eric I got a question. Jason and I were looking at my truck today. I have figured out where the 6 mounting points are on my truck. But I don't have an Offroad, just an SR5, so according to Jason I am one OEM skid short (of him). I was wondering where the last 3 bolts are suppose to go. I have included the photos from the OP for refrence. And a photo of my cross members.

    My cross members:

And for good measure, the holes that I am talking about:

Other than that. my skid has been primed and half painted. Will hopefully get put on later this week.

Those two legs mount to the little recessed flat round area you see on your crossmember using the supplied m8 bolts.

Then those 3 holes on the 45* or whatever bend are used to mount the mid skid if you have one.

The front 2 3" legs have similar spots towards the front of the truck and you should have your own supplied hardware from the stock skids (m8s supplied because not all trucks have the bottom skid). You'll have to pull the supports off and use those bolts. Think they're like a 14 or something.

Same bolts you see right under the bumper in this picture.

    IMG_7322_273021372d24c316f3da3f9e78aef559c8db6af7.jpg

edit: you can kind of see where your stock front "splash guard" is bolted to the supports under it, and where the supports bolt to the cross member. You'll re-use those larger bolts.

If you didn't order a mid skid or a t-case skid you should only have two M8 bolts that come with the IFS skid. Not the 3 grade 8 1/2 or 7/16 x 1 or whatever bolts or the 4 bolts that come with the t-case skid.

Also that is my IFS skid I made in the picture above and not Eric's, I also had to chop his mid skid to fit to my more narrow skid.
