The envelope was torn open and empty . If you know the size I can grab some at my work . Not a big deal .

what? totally missing? I find that insane when it was covered by the tcase skids as protection. Guess they must have been dropped or something and the weight ripped the envelope.
You'll need 4) 3/8x 5" grade-8 bolts with nuts/washers for going through the cross member, and 2) 7/16x1.5" bolts to hold the Tcase skid to the frame rails. For attaching the IFS/mid together, your choice but I use 3) 1/2"x1" grade-8 bolts.

    Hey Eric,

I received my skids and painted them and mounted them. They sure are beefy. I had a bit of an issue with the IFS skid. It doesn't seem to be bent enough. Maybe got flattened a little in shipping. When I bolt on the 4 bottom bolts to the crossmembers, the front hangs down about 1 1/2" from what it bolts to. I used a floor jack and a 2x4 to push it up and that sinched it up quite a bit. I am still not quite closing the gap and am afraid to turn the bolts any more for fear of striping them.
Is there something that I am just not getting? If so, could you give me any installation tips that you may have. I'm sure it's something small that I am doing or not doing.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Did you follow the install link at the top of the page by chance? Did you remove the U-channel's that are in the front? I forgot to do the same thing until I realized I was an idiot and took them off. I have a minor 1/4" gap on one side, but that just might be from my own negligence.

    good to hear.

Nice! Looks like that scrape on the edge is pretty decent, probably would have hit the alignment cams had the skid not been as wide.

I'll look for that link. I must have missed it. I did remove the U-channels.
Otherwise maybe I'll loosen the 4 bottom bolts, then tighten the front bolts all the way, and then tighten the bottom bolts up again.
I'll check the link out. Thanks.
