    This is a couple years of wheeling and abuse. Just clean the steel very well before you paint, and do it somewhere you're not afraid to make a mess, as it's a bit more messy than spray paint. It's paintable too so if you want you can lay some of that down, then let it cure and go back over it with another coat of spray paint. And then just touch up with spray paint.
