'05 Tacoma stuck in Park and override doesn't work

I have a 2005 Tacoma TRD V6. Today I got back from a 3-month trip out of the country and was going to go do some errands, but when I tried to pull out of the garage the automatic shifter would not move out of park.

I've had this happen to me before where the cause was a busted fuse, so I tried using the override button next to the shifter to get me out of the garage where I could have easier access to the fuses, but even with the override pressed in it wouldn't move out of park.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how I might fix it?
