I'm goin to assist my friend in doing a oil change. He has 120,000 miles on that same tranny fluid. It's a 5 speed manual. I'm just looking for a some help if you have a tutorial post it up. What oil should he use? Thanks

Easy to do. First remove the fill plug, then the drain plug (you do it this way just incase you cant get the fill plug off, you know to stop right there). Drain the oil out, put in drain plug, and fill with your favorite oil. I used Mobil 1 75-90 in my 2000 5 speed, and it shifted much better.

They are changing it on an 05. Don't you mean he needs to use the WS transmission fluid?
