If u don't have aftermarket ucas get some. I was able to pull my wheels toward about an inch with the 4 degrees of caster set by an alignment guy. Just tell him what u want to do and he can set it to a more forward spec.

I didn't plan on any further use, so I just pulled the inner liner out.

If you removed all the plastic inner lining would you replace it with something at least to try and keep water away from the engine? Or would it not be that necessary to worry about.

By bending the weld to the outside of the truck you run a risk of cutting the tire. With 35's

I used a 4" grinder, Use new blades, cut slowly or paint will burn and bubble. And when done wash the truck well. If not, it will rust like crazy from the cutting wheels.

To be honest that's a lot if work and a lot of unforseen cost just for looks man. IMO if u ain't wheeling theres no purpose great enough to justify the several hours of work needed to get those tires on there correctly.

What I have learned about drive shafts: They leave the factory fast, not straight " this is why they have weights on the ends" and poorly balanced.
Recently I bent mine on a rock ledge: I found a local company to rebuild mine for $218. OEM tube is .083+or- , mine was rebuilt with .180.
Summary: Truck drives GREAT now. ZERO vibes

Hey man I know it was a while back when you used that Rustoleum undercarriage stuff, but do you remeber doing anything special. Im about to go do my frame before the winter and just wanted to know of anything that I should make sure I do first. Thanks.
