06 Tacoma 6 SPD Manual Shaking while slowing from 30 mph to Stop

Hey All.

Just bought my truck two weeks ago and on the ride home from work yesterday I started to feel some weird vibrations. Now there are two distinct yet different vibrations I am getting.
1) The first that i noticed was at around 55 MPH (in both 5th and 6th gear) if i let off the gas to coast on the highway, it felt like i was on the rumblestrip. Same exact feeling and sound.
2) The second Vibration i noticed was much more violent and happened when braking to a stop from as high as 25 mph to a full stop. it starts as a loud vibration and the slower i get, the louder and more the truck shakes. This happens in any gear whether or not depress the clutch fully and just brake to a stop, or i downshift through the gears and engine brake. I am taking it to my mechanic tomorrow to hopefully have him diagnose it but im worried he'll just assume its a u-joint and it may not be that. Ive read some post on this site about people having either the rumble at high speeds or the shaking while braking, but never both. Please help

 

Check your brakes rotors could be warped.
