06 Tacoma: Hard start problems in the morning

I have learned to just turn the key to run and wait 3 seconds before cranking, starts everytime

 

Even so it still shouldn't do that so super annoying...... I'd just rather fix the problem. I just tried waiting 8 seconds this morning before cranking it up and it starts quickly but then the whole vehicle shakes hard like its about to die :/....

 

So it finally gave out turns out it was the fuel pump it finally gave out after 3 months I put 200 miles a day on it so it was bound to give out now with the new fuel plump it runs perfect starts right up.

Mine ms done this too on and off. 2x this week now. Normal conditions
