06 Tacoma quad cab 4x4

About two months ago my truck started idling poorly and would shake upon acceleration. I checked the code and took it straight to the dealer. Both checks came up with the p0351 code. The dealer replaced the #1 coil and everything seems fine. Now the symptoms are back with the same code. It will last about 10 minutes. ( I pull over and wait it out). Anyone have an idea what could be going on here? 2006 Tacoma TRD off-road, 6-cyl. 125,000 miles
