06 Tacoma. Vibrates at 80 kmh till about 90. And makes a clunk in the r when I go over speed bumps

Hey there. New to this site and I'm trying to figure it out .but more importantly I'm trying to figure out what my 06 Tacoma is doing.. as I'm speeding up I have a vibration at 50 kmh that stays till I go a bit faster and once again at 80-90 kmh . I've changed all my ujoints ...steady bearing..... Wheel bearings ... but still Nothing . So that's my first odd problem second I live in b.c. And we have allies between out houses and as I go to leave the transfer from sidewalk to road it's about a 2-3" drop if my tires drop together or hit it going up together I get this loud clunk in the rear half of the truck . Aswell as over speed bumps .... Third and final my pinion is tight no play verticle or horizontal but I have about 5-10° play in my pinion before my tires turn . I may be a bit over exaggerating but you get my point . Aswell as I have play in my tcase .... Witch leads me to why I noticed . In between gears if I don't let my clutch out nice n slow I can make it slap or as so it seems . I can go down the road in 2-3 gear at a steady slow speed on flat ground and if I burst the throttle on and off I can get it to slap back n forth with the amount of play it has...... I'm pretty capable of fixing anything myself but I figured ide reach out before I go ahead and start tearing shit apart . I did have a loose box bolt but that's fixed . Tia.
