I know it is 1/1/11 and hope I'm not too late for a fix, but I'm new to the forums and found several user posts on the rims bubbling. It seems like it is hit or miss with the dealer fixing the issue under warranty. Isn't this 7 yr./100K coverage or 3yr./36K? I'm '06 with 70K.

Any positive stories on getting their '06+ TRD Sport 17" rims fixed or replaced from dealer? Thank you.

good luck with that. my rims look like crap. everybody paints them black which is what i was going to do but because of the peeling i'd have to remove all of the finish on the rims. the paint won't be even if you don't. i found some rims on sale at 4wheelparts in 17 inch.
