    I think the stuff in the purple can is the one to black out the tail lights. In the red can is the red translucent paint that I used to candy the tail lights.

    For a while the rear brakes have been squeaking so I finally decided to do something about it. So I replaced the shoes and all the hardware. While I was at it I also painted the drums to get rid of that ugly surface rust.

    I havent really touched the pods in a while but they are trimmed and ready to be wrapped then finished. Also the monoblock is in and the amp racks are made, they just need to be wrapped with carpet and the rest of the wiring needs to be ran.

    Still no progress on the audio aspect but I did make an air intake for the truck. All together I spent about $70 in materials and will hopefully gain some mpg's. There is a noticable power gain at higher rpm's but I think that is mainly due to the small filter that I put on the valve cover breather instead of putting it back into the intake like factory.

    Obviously it isn't done yet. I'm going to finish the bodywork and paint it.

    I have thought about spraying it with this stuff we use at work that is a private label brand but tougher than line x and a ton better than rhino (I do spray in bed liners at my job). Rhino liner is pretty much the worst stuff out there.

    lol, I got some plexi for the pods too now. I really need to stop being so lazy and finish those up. I'm getting tired of looking at all those speakers haha.

    Got the intake painted and installed for the last time. I used the leftover rubberized undercoating I had from the inner wheel wells. Overall I'm happy with how it turned out.
