07 Tacoma radio swap

    07 Trd sport 4x4, 89 std cab 4x4
    i have a 07 dc Trd sport and my CD player part of my radio quit working the radio still works but won't play a disc, eventually I plan on putting a head unit that supports Apple car play but for now I was gonna buy another factory one and I was wondering if anyone has swapped the factory one that comes without the aux port and sat radio with one that does I wasn't sure if it was pretty much plug and play or not I know the aux port is not on the radio itself but I diddnt know if I could just swap them and maybe run my Sirius antenna to the back of it or not
